Anderson Benavides is the dental hygienist of the team. He graduated from Hostos Community College in 2018 and is a full-time hygienist at Dr. Nilesh Patel’s office. In 2019, Anderson became a permanent member of Operation International along with Dr. Nilesh Patel. Through this organization he and a group volunteers provide free comprehensive dental treatment in third world countries. Anderson was president of his class and received several awards for his outstanding achievements during his studies. His awards include The Albert H. Stevenson Awards from the New York State Dental Association, the Hostos Registered Dental Hygienist Hope Award and the Gold Medal. During his free time, he loves to read about finance and watch documentaries.
