Team Florida is an international collaborative team that includes a diverse group of individuals with vast experience in their given fields.

The team officially launched in 2023 with a mission to Operation International’s base in Techiman, Ghana.

The multi-disciplinary team is able to tackle complex general surgery, pediatric surgery, and plastic surgery needs. Their goal is to deliver safe and high-quality health care while leaving knowledge for local surgeons to do the same.
