Ariele Keats

My name is Ariele Keats, and I am a CRNA currently living in Ventura, CA, where I practice throughout Ventura County. Since beginning my anesthesia career in 2014, I have been passionate about caring for patients during some of the most vulnerable moments of their lives. The COVID-19 pandemic broadened my perspective on healthcare disparities and reinforced my desire to contribute to efforts that improve access to safe surgical and anesthesia care on a global level. Since then, participating in medical missions has become an important part of both my professional and personal growth. After a meaningful experience volunteering in Ghana with Operation International, I am excited to join Team Cleft Repair for the upcoming mission to Vietnam this August. I am inspired by the opportunity to work alongside a dedicated team providing life-changing care to children and families who may otherwise have limited access to these services. I value opportunities to connect with people and cultures in meaningful ways, and I see these missions as a chance to combine my passion for medicine with a broader commitment to service, compassion, and global health equity.
