Jonna Becraft, RN BSN is the Director of Surgical Services position at Elkhart General Hospital. Jonna was a nurse on Critical Care and in CVOR for 8 years prior to joining the leadership team in 2022, as a manager of Main OR, CVOR and PACU. Over the last 3 years, Jonna has focused on creating a safe and caring environment for patients and staff. She has focused on reducing staff turnover, improving efficiency, being financially responsible and developing the teams in their individual roles. Jonna holds a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Pensacola Christian College and will be pursuing her master’s degree in nursing. In her free time, she enjoys reading and being active in her kids' activities.
