Kelli Avant

Kelli Avant is a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) participating in a medical mission trip to Uganda, where she will provide anesthesia services for surgical procedures in underserved communities with limited access to perioperative care. She will support surgical teams by delivering safe anesthesia, monitoring patients throughout the perioperative period, and adapting evidence-based practices to resource-limited settings. Kelli brings experience from a Level I trauma center, along with extensive pediatric and neonatal anesthesia experience, allowing her to manage complex cases across a wide range of patient populations. Funds raised will support travel, clinical supplies, and mission-related expenses, enabling her to help improve surgical safety and patient outcomes for vulnerable communities.
