Lisa has been a registered nurse since 1999, working as a surgical nurse until moving to SE Asia with her husband in 2006. Together they founded a clean water company to meet the health needs of rural Laos. While medical care is slowly developing, living among people with limited access to healthcare has given her a passion to provide competent, compassionate medical care and advice. Her community health nursing is focused on maternal and child health, although she regularly consults for a range of medical problems. She was introduced to OI when they went to Laos in 2025 and was thrilled to participate on the team. She loves seeing lives transformed through compassionate and professional healthcare.
