I’m excited to announce that I’ve been given an amazing opportunity to join Team Michigan with Operation International on a surgical mission to Ghana, Africa! As an operating room nurse, I’ll be part of a passionate team providing free, life-changing surgeries to patients who otherwise wouldn’t have access to this kind of care. This will be my first surgical mission, and I’m incredibly grateful for the chance to serve and make a direct impact. It’s a privilege to use my skills in such a meaningful way, and I can’t wait to be part of this experience.
