Michelle Palumbo

I am a nursing student and a surgical technologist with six years of experience who is passionate about helping others and growing through service. Working in the medical field has strengthened my understanding of compassion, adaptability, teamwork, and the importance of providing quality patient care. My clinical experiences, along with my background in surgical technology, have given me valuable skills and a strong commitment to serve others. I have always wanted to participate in a mission trip as long as I have been in the medical field because I value the opportunity to support communities with limited access to healthcare while learning from different cultures and healthcare environments. Participating in meaningful service would allow me to contribute my skills, continue growing both personally and professionally, and make a positive impact on the lives of others.
