Sandy Wong

Sandy Wong, MD, is a fellowship-trained comprehensive ophthalmologist specializing in advanced cataract and refractive surgery with Hudson Eye Physicians & Surgeons in Jersey City. She graduated summa cum laude from Harvard University and earned her medical degree from Stanford University School of Medicine before completing both her ophthalmology residency and fellowship in Academic Global Ophthalmology at Wills Eye Hospital. A native New Yorker who speaks three dialects of Chinese fluently, Dr. Wong believes that the lessons learned from taking care of underserved communities abroad can be applied to provide excellent ophthalmic care for the immigrant patient communities of the New York metropolitan area. She is thrilled to join Operation International’s Restore Vision team in its mission to address needless blindness worldwide.
