Sarah has been a registered nurse for over 10 years, specializing in cardiothoracic surgery since 2017. As a nurse in the CTICU she helps recover and manage patients immediately post-operatively. She is currently finishing her MSN, after which she hopes to work as a nurse practitioner in this specialty. She is thrilled at the opportunity to join Team Hearts on what she hopes to be her first of many medical mission trips.
