Seth Meskin

Dr. Seth Meskin is a board-certified, fellowship-trained ophthalmologist specializing in corneal disease and cataract surgery. He serves as the Director of Team Operation Restore Vision and is a member of the Board of Directors of Operation International. Dr. Meskin practices with Eye Physicians & Surgeons, PC, in Milford, Connecticut, and serves as an Assistant Clinical Professor in the Department of Ophthalmology and Visual Science at Yale School of Medicine, where he teaches ophthalmology residents in the diagnosis and surgical management of cataract and corneal diseases. He serves on the Executive Committee of the Connecticut State Society of Eye Physicians and previously held the position of Treasurer. He is also a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery. Dr. Meskin has lectured at scientific meetings throughout the United States, published extensively on ophthalmic diseases, and served as a clinical investigator in multiple FDA studies evaluating innovative ophthalmic technologies and surgical devices. Among his professional honors, Dr. Meskin received the 2011 Yale Excellence in Resident Teaching Award and was recognized as the 2025 Operation International Gala Honoree for his humanitarian work. Through his leadership of Team Operation Restore Vision, Dr. Meskin is dedicated to expanding access to sight-restoring cataract surgery in underserved communities around the world while fostering collaboration and education with local healthcare professionals.
