Balong Sibiri is a certified perioperative nurse. He has worked as a nurse for ten years. As a registered diploma nurse who later transitioned into perioperative nursing, he began his nursing career on May 1, 2013. He is currently an associate member of the Ghana College of Nurses and Midwives. He has volunteered for a number of non-governmental organizations, such as the Sign Fracture Care International, Operating Room Global - Ghana Chapter, American Operating Room Nurses Group, Operation International - UK, Chicago and Surgical Relief Team, and Sign Fracture Care International. He is a passionate individual who is interested in leadership, innovation, and climate change advocacy.
