Team DC is headed to Tanzania in July to provide free medical and surgical care to patients in need. They will visit the region of Manyara, where the community lacks access to basic health care services. In addition to medical care, the team will help educate local health providers and will be providing supplies to local schools and orphanages.
Team DC was established and carried out their maiden mission to our base in Uganda in 2018. Since then, under the leadership of Dr. John O'Shea, the team has carried out an annual mission to several OI bases in Africa.
